Editorial Policy
Afrisophia: Journal of African Experiment, Thought and Experience (AJAETE) is dedicated to fostering the exchange of ideas and knowledge from all disciplines, providing a platform for diverse voices that explore the interconnections between Africa and the global community. It seeks to advance scholarship that bridges Africa’s unique perspectives with universal human inquiry across all professional and intellectual fields.
The journal welcomes submissions that explore theoretical, applied, or reflective research in the sciences (physical, natural, and social), medicine, arts, philosophy, engineering, technology, history, religion, humanities, and beyond. It encourages contributions that reflect the richness of African perspectives in dialogue with the broader global landscape.

Author Guidelines
Afrisophia welcomes scholarly submissions that contribute to a deeper understanding of African wisdom and multidisciplinary studies in relation to global contexts. Below are the guidelines for authors:
Scope and Focus
Afrisophia accepts manuscripts that span a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to:
- Sciences (Physical, Natural, and Social)
- Medicine and Health Sciences
- Arts and Humanities
- Philosophy and Religion
- Engineering and Technology
- History, Culture, and Development Studies.
Submissions may include original research articles, critical essays, literature reviews, philosophical reflections, and interdisciplinary studies.
Submission Requirements
Originality and Copyright:
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors retain full copyright under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This allows others to share, adapt, and build upon the work with proper attribution, ensuring the rights of authors are preserved.
Language and Clarity:
Manuscripts must be written in British English, with clear and precise communication.
Length and Formatting:
Articles should not exceed 7,000 words or 15 pages. Use 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman font, 12-point size, on A4 paper.
Title and Authorship Details:
Include a concise title, the name(s) of the author(s), academic qualifications, rank/status, institutional affiliation, and contact details (email and phone numbers).
Abstract and Keywords:
Provide a 150–250-word abstract summarising the study's purpose, methodology, findings, and relevance.Include 4–6 relevant keywords.
Referencing Style:
Use the 7th edition of APA referencing style, consistently applied throughout the manuscript.

Review Process
Afrisophia employs a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure impartiality and scholarly excellence. Articles are evaluated for their originality, coherence, methodology, and relevance to the journal’s multidisciplinary focus. Constructive feedback is provided to authors.
Ethical Compliance
Authors are required to adhere to ethical research practices, disclose conflicts of interest, and provide ethical clearance for studies involving human or animal subjects where applicable

Afrisophia adheres to an open-access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This policy promotes the free exchange of knowledge while protecting authors' intellectual property rights.
Publication Conditions
